Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return and Refund Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
1.2 Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Initiating a Return
2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at hoxhaoldi4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
2.3 Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

4.1 Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
4.2 Shipping: Send the returned item to the address provided with the RMA number included in the package. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5.1 Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
5.3 Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.
